Industrial Sales and Marketing Strategist

The selected candidate will report to senior management and assume the following key responsibilities:

• Market research and strategy development.
• Introducing and establishing a strong presence in the market for Metallogen brand.
• Generating opportunities and converting them into sales revenue.
• Leading marketing and branding initiatives.
• Managing customer relationships.
• Fostering a high-performing team to increase market share and penetration.

The successful candidate will possess the following essential attributes:

• A drive to excel and continuously learn new technologies.
• Pleasing personality and convincing communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage valuable sales resources to build a winning team.
• At least 7 years' experience in industrial sales and marketing.
• MBA marketing from a well-reputed Institute. Professionals with a double degree, such as B.Sc and MBA in marketing, are highly suitable for this role, but all applicants with an MBA in marketing are welcome to apply.
• Experience managing sales teams.
• Experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
