About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer who can collaborate with our agile development team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing new modules, enhancing the current system, and completing tasks assigned by product owners within the scrum team.

The position involves working on-site in Lahore with shift timings from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop software products/modules and tasks by following business requirement documents provided by the Business Analyst.
  • Implement the software development lifecycle through agile methodologies.
  • Monitor system performance and take necessary measures to improve it.
  • Communicate key project data to team members and foster cohesion among the team.
  • Review requirement documents and provide technical feedback.
  • Create innovative solutions to meet our company's technical needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to test software and resolve bugs.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks from the team.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Healthcare IT and HL7 Standards is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with HL7 Integration.
  • Proficiency in microservices and web APIs.
  • Strong skills in MS SQL for writing SQL scripts used in software products.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in software development using agile methodology.
  • A good team player who can support the team for a common goal.
