Senior SAP HCM Consultant

We are seeking a senior SAP HCM Consultant to collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver efficient SAP HCM solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into SAP HCM solutions.
  • Provide expertise in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Self-Service (ESS).
  • Validate SAP HCM functionalities through system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop detailed documentation for SAP HCM configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (FI, CO, MM) to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SAP HCM processes and functionalities.
  • SAP ABAP programming for debugging purposes.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
