Job Title: Director High Performance

Cricket is the most popular team sport in Pakistan, with a rich history and culture that spans generations.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking an individual to lead the development of cricket in the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Heads of Academies and Coaches to ensure a continuous supply of talented players for the National Team.

The PCB is committed to promoting and developing cricket in Pakistan, and this role plays a critical part in achieving that goal.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the game, as well as excellent leadership and management skills. They will also be able to develop and implement strategies to improve player performance and increase participation in the sport.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation or international equivalent
  • At least 15 years of Administrative/Coaching experience
  • Test / International Cricketers preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior executive leadership role managing an elite high-performance sport program
  • Experience in developing strategic frameworks supporting world-class athlete development
