Executive Restaurant Director

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and operations, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive restaurant success.

This includes developing and managing financial plans, forecasting, budgeting, and banking relationships. Additionally, creating marketing and advertising programs to attract patrons and maintaining a safe and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with health and legal regulations.

• Financial Management: Develop and manage financial plans, including forecasting and budgeting, to meet restaurant objectives.
• Banking Relationships: Establish and maintain efficient banking relationships to ensure smooth financial management.
• Marketing Strategy: Create and implement marketing and advertising programs to attract patrons.
• Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce policies and standard operating procedures to maintain high-quality food, beverage, and service offerings.
• Staff Management: Recruit, select, train, and manage management staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a safe and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with health and legal regulations.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in finance and operations is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to hire and train employees are essential.
