Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Developer to identify, research, and generate high-quality leads for our growing business. The ideal candidate combines strong research skills with excellent communication abilities and can work independently to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients within target industries
* Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
* Research prospects across multiple channels.
* Identify key decision-makers and their contact information (CTOs, Marketing Directors, Founders, etc.)
* Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms
* Craft personalized, compelling messages that resonate with target audiences
* Manage and nurture lead pipelines through systematic follow-up processes
* Track and report on outreach performance and lead quality metrics
* Use lead generation tools effectively (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, etc.)
* Provide regular updates on pipeline status and lead generation performance
* Share insights on messaging effectiveness and audience engagement
Requirements
* Experience in B2B lead generation or business development
* Strong proficiency with lead generation tools and platforms:
* LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Email finding tools (Hunter.io, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo)
* CRM systems and database management
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Strong research and analytical abilities
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
