About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our organization as Assistant Manager Quality Assurance.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. We require a quality-focused individual to handle customer inquiries and respond promptly and clearly.
  2. The selected candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary contact for customer audits and information requests.
  3. Gathering, analyzing, and maintaining quality-related data is crucial for accurate records and providing actionable insights.
  4. A key aspect of this role is designing and maintaining dashboards to track key quality metrics.
  5. The ideal candidate will create high-quality reports for both customers and internal use, emphasizing clarity and accuracy.
  6. Final inspections and other inspection processes are essential to maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  7. Supervising and conducting inspections for NPD/PP samples, pre-cut, and final stages is critical to this position.
  8. The successful candidate will review and approve items in alignment with SM QA standards at finish folding and cut-to-pack stages.
  9. Maintaining quality assurance documentation up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements is essential.
  10. Preparing for quality audits and customer evaluations requires coordination and proactive planning.
  11. Training the QA team to ensure correct product implementation is vital to reduce rework and quality issues.
