This role is ideal for a qualified Food Technologist with extensive experience in maintaining and improving quality assurance systems in a food manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Compliance: Oversee food safety and quality standards compliance.
Develop QA Systems: Create and maintain robust Quality Assurance systems, procedures, and documentation.
Audit Leadership: Conduct and lead internal audits, inspections, and third-party audits.
Corrective Actions: Implement corrective and preventive measures to address quality issues and non-compliance.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and operations teams to maintain high-quality standards.
Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all products meet food safety regulations and customer quality expectations.
Training Programs: Develop and deliver training sessions on quality standards and best practices.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on new regulations, trends, and technologies to enhance quality systems.

Candidate Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Must be a qualified Food Technologist.
Experience: 10–12 years in Quality Assurance and Compliance within the food manufacturing industry.
