Job Description

This role is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to clients through effective issue resolution, ticket management, and network ID management.

The ServiceDesk Analyst will be the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Resolving client queries and issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Managing tickets effectively, prioritizing tasks, and meeting SLA targets
  • Providing top-notch customer service, responding promptly to client requests, and escalating complex issues as needed


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office, and IT infrastructure management tools
  • Experience in Service Desk operations, incident management, change management, and problem management an asset
