Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

About the Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services, and contributing to the development and execution of account strategies that align with both client objectives and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Identify and understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Translate these into actionable strategies and solutions.

Project Coordination

Work closely with internal teams — including creative, marketing, sales, and product — to ensure timely and successful delivery of services and campaigns.

Sales & Upselling

Recognize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services. Support the sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, account status, and key metrics to keep clients informed and engaged. Handle client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a smooth experience and fostering long-term loyalty.

Strategic Planning

Contribute to the development and execution of account strategies that align with both client objectives and company goals.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in an agency environment is a must.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Results-driven, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
