Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management: Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
  2. Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  3. Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing insights and recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement.
  4. Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal policies.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to support business objectives.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
  2. Expertise in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and QuickBooks Online.
  5. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  8. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
