Financial Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

  • They will oversee accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage budgeting processes, analyze cost structures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Handle all taxation matters, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies.
  • Interact with regulators, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
  • Demonstrate advanced Excel skills to prepare detailed balance sheets and financial statements.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements

This position reports directly to the Group Director - Group CFO and will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization.

Experienced professionals with 25+ years of experience in a Group CFO or similar role are encouraged to apply.
