We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to oversee our financial activities, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective management of financial resources and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Develop and implement robust financial plans, overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Financial Reporting: Analyze financial performance and prepare comprehensive reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage organizational cash flow forecasting and feasibilities, working in partnership with hospital heads to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Payable Section: Lead the payable section, ensuring timely payments in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with taxation laws and other regulators.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of finance principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
