Job Title: Oracle Application Functional Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in these areas and possess excellent system knowledge, including SQL, system interfaces, and APIs.

  • Assist in developing system strategy, gathering business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing as-is and to-be processes, demonstrating prototypes, configuring functionalities, testing, documenting training, and training end users.
  • Set up Budgetary Control, Security, Cross-Validation Rules, FSG, Deprecation, Flex fields, Pro-rate Conventions, Mass Additions, Profile Options, Responsibilities, Menus, Users, and Numbering.
  • Reconcile subsidiary modules with General Ledger, understanding Sub ledger Accounting (XLA).
About the Role

This position is responsible for implementing new modules, enhancing functionalities, and upgrading Oracle releases with proper documentation. The successful candidate must be able to work independently on Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, and Oracle Projects modules.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate with end users and other departments for daily activities and issue resolution.
