Job Summary:

The primary objective of the Crisis Resolution Specialist is to efficiently manage critical incidents, adhering to established procedures and service level agreements. This involves providing a centralized command presence on Bridges and Incident Calls, ensuring that activities and resolutions are executed and documented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate large-scale incident response efforts
  • Facilitate collaboration among teams to resolve complex issues
  • Analyze technical and customer impact to determine incident priority and escalate blocking issues as necessary
  • Communicate incident status to stakeholders through regular updates
  • Maintain accurate records of incident responses and follow up with relevant teams to ensure resolution
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in general technical knowledge, including Mobile Access, Core IT/Telco, and services

  • General office environment
  • May require long periods of sitting and computer use, with moderate stress levels at times
  • No special physical demands required
  • Able to work unconventional shifts, including on-call, after-hours, and weekends
