Cloud Security Specialist Position

This is a challenging role for an experienced Cloud Security Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and their security features and services.

We are looking for a skilled professional to design, develop, and implement robust security architecture for cloud-based systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying and configuring security tools, controls, and technologies in cloud environments, conducting regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans, and developing and maintaining incident response plans and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Cloud Security Architecture: Develop and implement robust security architecture for cloud-based systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Deploy and Configure Security Tools: Deploy and configure security tools, controls, and technologies in cloud environments.
  • Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Scans: Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate security risks and threats.
  • Incident Response Planning: Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
  • Monitoring and Logging Solutions: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track and analyze security events.
  • User Access Management: Manage user access and permissions in cloud platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Experience as a Security Engineer or Architect: Proven experience working as a security engineer or architect, with a focus on cloud security.
  • Cloud Computing Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and their security features and services.
  • Hands-on Experience with Cloud Security Tools: Hands-on experience with cloud security tools and technologies.
