About the Role

As an Assistant Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and store goods from production, ensuring accurate inventory management and adherence to storage protocols.
  • Prepare and handle material authorization slips for contractors, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee warehouse activities, prioritizing safety and security measures while maintaining efficient logistics.
  • Fulfill customer orders by executing delivery and fulfillment processes that meet satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain zero customer complaints by enhancing dispatch quality and reducing errors.

Working Environment:
This role involves working in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures and weather conditions. You will be required to work closely with other departments, including production, to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, this position involves interacting with third-party contractors and external parties, necessitating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Stores & Inventory Management.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
