Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Education Counsellor to join our team. As an Education Counsellor, you will provide expert guidance to international students in finding the best institution that meets their learning and career aspirations.

You will be responsible for providing students with the right information and advice on study opportunities, local education systems, culture, and geographic regions. You will also assist with application documentation, facilitate enrolments, and promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive achievement of pipeline goals, customer satisfaction, and advocacy targets through each stage of the student journey.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to students, families, and education providers throughout the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or customer service-driven environments, including achieving individual and team-based targets.
  • Good understanding of the education sector, including immigration requirements and processes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or prior experience working as an Education Counsellor or similar role.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, including fluency in English, both verbal and written.
