International Education Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an International Education Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in student counseling, application processing, and visa guidance for leading global education destinations.

This role involves:

  • Conducting personalized counseling sessions with students and parents to explore academic opportunities across China, UK, Australia, and Europe.
  • Assessing students' academic profiles and career goals to recommend suitable universities, programs, and funding options.
  • Managing the complete admissions cycle including application submissions, follow-ups, offer letter tracking, and pre-departure briefings.
  • Providing expert support for visa documentation, including GTE requirements, SOP development, CSC applications (China), and financial documentation.
  • Staying updated with admission criteria, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities across multiple destination countries.
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and international university representatives.
  • Representing the organization at education expos, webinars, and outreach events to generate leads and boost student enrollment.
  • Maintaining and managing student records and pipelines through CRM tools, and reporting progress to management regularly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree preferably in Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas education counseling or student admissions.
  • Strong knowledge of university systems, scholarships, and visa processes for the UK, Europe, Australia, and China.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems for data tracking and student management.
