About the Role:

The Senior Key Account Manager position at a global technology organization is an exciting opportunity to nurture and grow client relationships across various mid-sized accounts.

This involves strong client-facing skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value across Dynamics 365, Data & AI, and custom development services.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, driving account planning and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinating with delivery, presales, and marketing for proactive client engagement
  • Maintain account health metrics and retention performance, supporting renewals and account growth initiatives in collaboration with other teams
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in account management or enterprise sales in technology or consulting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus, along with a strong understanding of retail industry trends in Pakistan
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and structured approach to managing multiple stakeholders
  • Able to balance internal coordination with external communication, working effectively with delivery teams and maintaining discipline to follow through on commercial goals, reporting, and forecasting
