Job Description

You will be responsible for designing and proposing tailored IT solutions to meet customer requirements. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will act as a technical and business advisor to prospective customers, collaborating closely with the sales team to deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze customer requirements to design IT solutions that meet their business needs.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, bids, and presentations.
  3. Develop and present solution architecture diagrams, BOMs, and cost estimates.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects and clients.
  5. Assist in creating RFP/RFQ responses and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  6. Provide insights and recommendations for product/service improvement based on client feedback.
  7. Engage with customers to understand their IT environment and pain points.
  8. Position company products and services as solutions to their challenges.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution architect, or technical sales role, preferably in an IT firm.
  3. Strong knowledge of IT solutions, including networking, storage, cloud services, servers, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
  4. Experience with OEMs like Cisco, HP, Dell, Lenovo, VMware, and Fortinet is highly preferred.
  5. Familiarity with solution design tools and platforms (e.g., Visio, cloud architecture tools).
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits.
