Mid-Senior Level Immigration Professional

This is a full-time role that requires a strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients seeking to navigate the complex process of obtaining visas and residency.

The Immigration Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. This may involve attending to visa/immigration queries, securing business for the firm, and researching new business lines.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Attending phone calls and emails from clients seeking guidance on immigration matters.
  • Providing in-person consultations to clients to discuss their options and create tailored plans.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest immigration laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to secure new business.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop new business lines and expand the firm's offerings.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in Law or Business.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Immigration and Visa Services.
  • Expert knowledge of immigration categories, forms, processes, fees, and eligibility requirements for various countries.
  • Familiarity with visa appeals and appointments.
  • An understanding of study admissions at colleges and universities abroad.

  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Strong internet research, drafting, and presentation skills using Microsoft Office.
  • Public speaking and live presentation skills.
  • Business communication and marketing skills.
