Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex ETL pipelines in AWS-based environments, utilizing services such as EMR, Glue, Lambda, and Athena.
  • Create large-scale distributed systems, leveraging expertise in Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and distributed storage systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve existing processes.
  • Solve complex technical issues and provide guidance to team members when needed.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on big data technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of the ETL cycle, including data processing pipelines, data management, and data engineering principles.
  • Strong software development and programming skills, with a focus on data using Python, PySpark, and/or Scala.
