Healthcare Operations Manager - EMEA/Asia Region

As a seasoned healthcare professional, you will play a pivotal role in our EMEA/Asia Region team as a Clinical Case Manager. Working on a consultative basis with patients, you will understand their medical needs and communicate effectively with medical doctors worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient cases, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process all phases of patient clinical assessments, handling diagnostics information and liaising with international medical centers.
  • Ensure exceptional patient experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct quarterly service provider reviews, building strong relationships with partners.
  • Liaise with the global patient coordination team to deliver high patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide comprehensive services.
Requirements:
  • Professional-level experience in virtual environments, with a proven record of success.
  • Clinical training through nursing or medical degrees.
  • Experience working with patients, emphasizing empathy and effective communication.
  • Ability to be trained on relevant customer relationship management software applications.
  • Solid computer skills, proficient in Microsoft applications and PowerPoint.
  • MBBS/BSC Nursing or equivalent medical education is desirable.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of meeting performance objectives.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, basic technical support knowledge, and computer skills background.
  • Effective listening skills, understanding customer expectations, and ability to quickly establish rapport.
  • Ability to work remotely, serving an international customer base.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, ability to work well under pressure, and teamwork skills.
  • Internet savvy, with research capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule.
  • Fluency in English, both speaking and writing. Other languages considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Nursing or medical degree.
  • Experience with CRM software applications.
