The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Security and External Affairs and the wider team. This role involves a range of tasks, including coordinating with stakeholders, managing the office, and providing strategic support to the Director. The successful candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, enabling them to effectively manage the office and build effective relationships with colleagues and partners.
This position also requires excellent computer skills, particularly in word processing and other MS Office software. Additionally, the candidate will need to possess good interpersonal skills, enabling them to build effective relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders. The ability to take initiative and work independently is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Security and External Affairs and the wider team
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government officials, partners, and internal teams
- Manage the office, including correspondence, scheduling appointments, and setting up meetings
- Arrange logistics for training sessions and coordinate reception protocols
- Support the Director in their daily operations
Job Requirements:
- University degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong administrative, communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Excellent computer skills in word processing and other MS Office software
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative
