iOS Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced iOS developer to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Karachi, where you will work onsite with our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining advanced native iOS applications using Swift (and occasionally Objective-C if needed). You will also be implementing designs with a focus on responsiveness, usability, and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines, consuming and integrating RESTful APIs, handling data securely and efficiently, and writing clean, modular, and well-documented code.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Developing native iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
  2. Implementing UI/UX designs that meet Apple's guidelines.
  3. Integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON responses.
  4. Maintaining code quality through unit tests and code reviews.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure feature completeness and performance.
  6. Identifying and fixing performance issues, memory leaks, and UI glitches.
  7. Using Git and maintaining thorough documentation of development processes and app architecture.
  8. Participating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and more.
  9. Building prototypes and proof-of-concept features to test usability or new technology feasibility.
  10. Staying up-to-date with new iOS features, frameworks, tools, and industry trends.
  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in native iOS app development.
  • Strong command of Swift and familiarity with Objective-C (a plus).
  • Solid understanding of iOS frameworks (UIKit, Foundation, CoreData, Combine, etc.).
  • Experience releasing and maintaining apps in the App Store.
  • Experience with Xcode, Interface Builder, and debugging tools.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON responses.
  • Strong knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and App Store standards.
  • Familiarity with SwiftUI, ARKit, and building AR-enabled experiences.
