Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Interpreter to facilitate communication between clients and individuals with limited English proficiency.

This is a Remote work opportunity, where you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing interpreting services over the phone or through video calls. You will utilize your exceptional language skills to interpret conversations accurately and efficiently in various professional settings, including legal, health, and local government services.

  • Interpret between English and Urdu/Punjabi languages.
  • Provide interpretation services to clients and customers with limited English proficiency.
  • Evaluate understanding after each sentence.
  • Conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting.
  • Ensure accurate, confidential, and impartial interpreting services.
About The Role

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • Fluency in both English and one other language (Urdu/Punjabi).
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A minimum age of 21 years old.
  • Formal qualifications such as Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI), Community Interpreting, NRPSI, CIOL, ITI registered, Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages, or any other relevant qualification.

You should possess excellent language skills, be flexible, and enjoy working independently. Ongoing help and support from our dedicated team is also available.
