Trainer Requirement
SGS Pakistan is seeking an experienced Freelance Trainer to deliver a 4-5-day classroom training (Intermediate Level) on
Maintenance Management and Risk-Based Inspection
for professionals in the Oil & Gas industry. The program is designed to strengthen participant skills in predictive and proactive maintenance strategies, root cause analysis, and risk-based inspection methodologies.

Trainer Academic Qualification (Minimum)

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Professional Certifications:

  • CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer)

  • API 580 (Risk-Based Inspection) Certified

Trainer Expertise & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of industrial experience in recognized industries with a specialization in maintenance management and RBI.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven training delivery experience in reputable Oil & Gas companies.

  • Strong expertise in:

  • Maintenance procedures and work instructions

  • Budgeting and cost control in maintenance operations
  • Spare parts and inventory management
  • Failure root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Maintenance strategy development (predictive & proactive)
  • RBI analysis, probability assessment, result evaluation, and risk management
  • Implementing inspection strategies using RBI results
  • Non-destructive testing (NDT) methods
