We are seeking a skilled Male Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our workforce.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for providing first aid to our workforce and staff, as well as administering medical care when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • First Aid and Medical Care: Provide immediate assistance to injured or ill employees, including administering basic life support, treating wounds, and stabilizing patients until medical help arrives.
  • Screening and Isolation: Conduct regular screenings to identify contagious illnesses and injuries, and isolate affected individuals to prevent the spread of disease.
  • Health and Safety Reporting: Maintain accurate records of accidents, injuries, and illnesses, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Personal Hygiene and Wellness: Promote healthy habits among our workforce, including proper hand hygiene, vaccination programs, and education on disease prevention.
  • Medical Certification and Fitness: Verify employee fitness for duty through medical certifications, and ensure that all employees meet regulatory requirements before resuming work.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure adherence to Medical Screening and First Aid SOPs, and coordinate with external agencies to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Training and Education: Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on basic first aid, health awareness, and emergency response procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in reputable hospitals or industries.
  • Certifications: Diploma in Post Basic Cardiac Care Nursing, and Diploma in General Nursing (3 years).
