Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time position responsible for independently handling the entire recruitment domain. As a recruiter, you will thoroughly vet potential employees, search their background, and certify educational and employment information to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Conducting skills testing, phone interviews, reference checks, and background investigations to identify top talent.
  2. Capturing accurate data and reporting timely on key staffing metrics to support business decisions.
  3. Delivering high-quality results to timelines and achieving monthly recruitment targets.
  4. Developing an excellent understanding of the recruitment and selection processes to drive success.
  5. Leveraging the power of the Internet and social networks to efficiently fill vacant positions.
  6. Appreciating the importance of human resources and recruiting the right talent to achieve organizational goals.
  7. Performing job analysis to identify ideal candidates.
  8. Coordinating college recruiting initiatives and attending career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
  9. Giving presentations at colleges to increase awareness of the company and attract top talent.
  10. Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  11. Improving the company website's recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
  12. Utilizing the internal database to identify potential candidates.
  13. Placing job requirements on job boards to increase the candidate pool.
  14. Developing creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals.
  15. Mastering advanced search techniques and social media platforms to find top talent.
Job Requirements

Excellent organizational skills are essential for this role.
3 to 4 years consistent experience in a Recruiting or Staffing position is required.
Solid verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Proven relationship skills and IT skills are also required.
An MPA or MBA in HRM is preferred.
