Job Title: Software Development ProfessionalDescription

We seek an accomplished software development professional with exceptional leadership skills to serve as a technical lead and hands-on developer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Microsoft .NET application development, specifically with ASP.NET, C#, VB, and SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise to lead the development of high-quality enterprise-level C#/.NET web and windows applications.
  • Design and manage SQL Server and Oracle database infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and web designers to deliver innovative projects that meet customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • No less than 5 years of experience in traditional web development (HTML, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript).
  • A minimum of 3 years of dynamic web development experience (ASP, JSP/Java, PHP).
  • At least 3 years of SQL Server database development experience (SQL, stored procedures, ADO, ADO.Net).
  • Extensive knowledge of IIS configuration, security, management, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in .NET web development (C#/VB, ASP.NET) and .NET application development (C#/VB, WinForms, Remoting).
  • Familiarity with bug and source control systems (CVS, SourceSafe).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
