- Monitor sales and feedback, making adjustments to marketing strategies as needed.
- Implement marketing tracking methods to help clients assess performance over time.
- Lead all aspects of marketing, communications, membership, and events programs.
- Maintain industry awareness through competitor benchmarking and trend monitoring.
- Develop and execute branded marketing campaigns using multiple media channels.
- Design commercial strategies incorporating sponsorship and broadcast opportunities.
- Stay informed about trends in the leisure sector, sports sector, and table tennis community.
- Support cross-functional teams in driving and supporting all marketing and communication activities.
- Cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders through regular, positive, and consistent communication.
- Develop an overall events and competitions strategy and delivery framework.
