Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality standards and ensure that every stitching operation meets the highest standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging QCs, inspecting garments, and implementing quality improvement plans with our Quality Management System (QMS).
Key responsibilities include:
- Arranging QCs in all stitching lines, halls, and sections, and informing them about changing and running orders.
- Ensuring each stitching operation is done according to quality standards.
- Sourcing out and logging faults of M/operators, and taking preventive actions accordingly.
- Inspecting shading, leather problems, and finished garments.
- Initiating and coordinating quality improvement plans with QMS.
- Managing overall QA activities for material manufacturing by monitoring production activities for quality conformance.
- Evaluating compliance with quality requirements and specifications to ensure reliability of finished leather jackets.
- Highlighting areas for improvement through meetings with concerned departments and providing technical assistance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A graduate degree, preferably Master's, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in gloves manufacturing as a Quality Control Manager.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
