Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive PR plan that aligns with the company's marketing and brand strategy, ensuring seamless integration across all departments.
  • Identify opportunities for brand-building through strategic partnerships and influencer engagements, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Ambassador and Influencer Management
  • Manage relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement, leveraging their networks to reach new audiences.
  • Monitor the impact and effectiveness of influencer campaigns, optimizing strategies based on performance metrics and data analysis.
Media Relations
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure coverage in relevant publications, increasing brand visibility and credibility.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure effective crisis communication and reputation management.
Content and Campaign Management
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of PR content, including press releases and social media updates, to effectively communicate the company's message and values.
  • Develop a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team to align PR campaigns with seasonal events and industry trends, maximizing engagement and results.
Brand Positioning and Reputation Management
  • Monitor brand sentiment and manage the company's reputation in the public sphere, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Develop crisis communication plans and respond to any PR crises to protect the company's image and reputation, ensuring business continuity and success.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Track and analyze the performance of PR campaigns and ambassador/influencer partnerships, providing regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of PR activities.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to optimize PR strategies and tactics, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI.
