Accounts Receivable Specialist

This role involves following up with clients for pending payments, maintaining records of recoveries and outstanding invoices, coordinating with finance and sales departments, preparing recovery status reports, visiting clients' offices when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and escalating problematic accounts to management.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow up with clients for pending payments via calls, emails, and visits.
- Maintain and update records of recoveries and outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate with the finance and sales departments to reconcile accounts.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly recovery status reports.
- Visit clients' offices when necessary for follow-ups and payment collection.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to recoveries.
- Escalate problematic accounts to management when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or recovery roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
- Must be based in Lahore or willing to relocate.
