Job Title: Quality Assurance SpecialistThis role focuses on ensuring the quality of our products and services by supporting various segments of our organization.Main Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone to deploy quality strategy, governance, and goals through specific projects and targets.
  • The ideal candidate will communicate local regulatory requirements and changes, ensuring compliance at manufacturing sites and warehouses.
  • The selected individual will interface with Consumer / Customer care lines for feedback and closure coordination.
  • This role drives local marketplace product quality incident management and consequent actions.
  • We need someone to coordinate and lead Good Cold Chain Practices (GCCP) across all cold chain including quality audits and temperature governance.
  • The successful candidate will ensure CRQS and quality checks at primary, secondary, and market place/IC cabinets, developing reporting and escalation mechanism.
  • This position leads or supports development of Q improvement activities based on monitoring and manipulation of marketplace data from multiple channels.
  • We are seeking someone to support improvement projects related to import / export, Innovation Quality, customer quality, and logistics quality. This includes managing Inter company quality agreements (ICQA).
  • The ideal candidate will support digital agenda like execution and deployment of Quality One & inhouse digital capabilities to improve agility.
Key Qualifications:
  • A university degree in a technical discipline or general sciences, preferably Food Science degree, Engineering, Chemistry.
  • Additional experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Logistics or Customer Service.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in quality or manufacturing in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement concepts and practices with exceptional analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing technology in areas where we operate.
  • Flexibility and motivation; ability to adapt quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in digital systems. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
