Travel Expert Position

We seek highly skilled travel professionals to provide expert guidance on customer travel plans.

As a senior travel consultant, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

A strong understanding of travel industry software is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on their travel plans
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
  • Work closely with other departments
  • Develop relationships with suppliers and partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. hospitality, tourism)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of travel industry software
  • Knowledge of interlining airlines and visa requirements
