IT Governance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Governance Manager to support our organization in performing risk management, internal controls, and governance of Information Technology systems and business applications.
- This role is responsible for supporting senior management in developing, managing, and executing the audit plan using a risk-based approach, including identifying risks and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing the annual internal audit plan for review and approval by senior management.
- Supporting the development of internal audit and assurance assignments related to IT systems and infrastructure.
- Implementing the IT audit framework, standard templates, and checklists in accordance with the approved audit plan.
- Providing guidance on IT risk management, especially concerning applications and infrastructure security.
- Developing and maintaining IT Risk Assessments at the company level, identifying areas for additional investment.
- Managing the audit team in conducting IT audits covering system applications and IT processes.
- Preparing audit reports for senior executives and stakeholders.
- Overseeing IT security audits, including evaluations of vulnerabilities in networks, operating systems, and data centers.
- Assisting in preparing presentations for stakeholders regarding internal audit reports and projections.
- Reviewing IT management policies and procedures to ensure controls are adequate.
- Developing a detailed understanding of activities under audit, including IT risks and controls.
- Assessing IT risks and internal control weaknesses; advising on best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and organizational code of conduct.
