Estimating Manager

Role Overview:

This senior-level role demands an expert with exceptional construction estimation skills.

  • Evaluate project plans to assess material and labor requirements for custom fencing projects.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing details for commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Plan Evaluation: Assess project specifications to determine material and labor needs.
  2. Cost Estimation: Adhere to company procedures for precise cost estimates.
  3. Bid Development: Collaborate with team members to create bids and proposals.
  4. Client Communication: Communicate with clients and team members to gather information.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a construction estimator, preferably in the fencing industry.
