Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Industrial Designer to conceptualize and develop innovative product designs that are functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with our brand identity.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to production.

  • We conduct research to understand user needs, market trends, and design opportunities.
  • We develop concepts through sketches, CAD models, renderings, and physical prototypes.
  • We collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and meet performance requirements.
  • We create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for prototyping and manufacturing.
  • We present design ideas and concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • We select materials, production methods, and finishes to optimize product functionality and cost.
  • We iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and usability studies.
  • We stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technology in product design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of professional experience in industrial design (depending on seniority level).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design work, including ideation, development, and final outcomes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, Rhino, KeyShot, and/or Fusion 360.
  • Experience with 3D modeling, rendering, and prototyping.
  • Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and ergonomics.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing consumer electronics, furniture, appliances, or similar physical products.
  • Familiarity with design for sustainability and lifecycle thinking.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI and human-centered design principles.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping techniques, including 3D printing and CNC machining.
