Job Title: Service Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time night customer service representatives. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Provide information about our services and assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer conversations.
  4. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  5. Support management in executing promotional campaigns by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English (especially for international campaigns).
  2. A clear and confident speaking voice that can effectively engage with customers.
  3. Active listening and persuasion skills to handle pressure and rejection.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing customer needs.
  5. Bachelor's degree in any field, with a basic understanding of accounting principles being an advantage.
