Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing contact with potential individual donors in the retail sector, considering their potential for various products like expansion, Zakat, or monthly donations.

You will engage with donors and submit proposals tailored to their motivations and capacity, finalizing and closing proposals where donors agree or commit funds. Additionally, you will record and maintain a database of donation box placements and other individual donors.

Key responsibilities include conducting community outreach activities in malls, mosques, markets, societies, etc., including flyer distribution, kiosk activities, banner displays, hawker activities, and data collection at kiosks. You will also maintain relationships with existing donors and provide regular feedback on their contributions.
