We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Executive. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate personnel records and documentation.
Additionally, you will assist in payroll management, preparation, and payment. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure seamless execution of these tasks.
In this role, you will also be responsible for managing and updating HR databases with information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, and days off.
A strong understanding of local labor laws and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this position.
You will work closely with senior management to prepare reports that inform business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR from a reputable institution and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
