Import Operations Specialist

This role is pivotal in the company's success, particularly within a global market. As an Import Operations Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of import operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all import forms and update relevant systems
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely shipment movement and clearance
  • Prepare and submit shipping documents to nominated clearing agents
  • Update warehouse records regarding shipment arrivals

The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a graduate degree. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills are essential, along with a neutral accent in English.
