The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations, manage distribution channels, and develop close relationships with dealers and customers to grow business organically and explore new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Meet sales targets and growth objectives in designated zones.
  • Monitor sales data and stay up-to-date on current market trends and customer needs.
  • Compile market intelligence and maintain customer profiles.
  • Foster sales promotion and interactive relationships with sub-trades and their customers.
  • Track sales performance of distribution networks.
  • Deliver timely management reports.
  • Stay aware of competitive activities and develop counter strategies to retain business.
  • Maintain self-discipline and strong CRM skills to deliver value to customers.
  • Provide pricing information and make recommendations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives for line managers.

  • Ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Develop dealer teams to serve the market better on our offerings.
  • Ensure dealers have sufficient resources for optimal end customer contact and create value.
  • Modernize working methods with a focus on digitalization to create efficiencies in dealers' businesses and interfaces with customers and partners.

Core Competencies

  • Ensure dealers adhere to Ingredion's safety standards.
  • Conduct safety trainings and awareness sessions with dealers.
  • Enforce compliance and ethics policies, aligning with Ingredion's vision and values.
  • Coach and develop dealers and their staff on safety and compliance.
  • Incorporate dealers into Rafhan Maize/Ingredion culture through opportunities for engagement and established best practices.
  • Evaluate new markets using established criteria to assess potential dealers' merit.
  • Nurture market connections to identify suitable partners.
  • Analyze data to determine the need for adding new dealers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Based in Multan.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related fields.
  • English, Urdu, and local language fluency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or MBA (non-technical background).
  • Detailed knowledge of B2B business and distribution systems.
  • Proficient in computer software, MS Office, and reporting systems.
  • Sales experience required, including formal training and education in selling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven successful sales track record.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to achieve sales targets.
  • Understanding of costing and financial analysis principles to inform pricing decisions.
