We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented International Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our export business. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in the international B2B market, particularly within the Tote bags, Kitchen Apparel, or Industrial Gloves Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities in key international markets, with a strong focus on Europe (Especially in Germany and Italy), the USA, and the Middle East.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify potential clients within target markets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (distributors, wholesalers, retailers) in international markets.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable margins and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to track progress and communicate performance to management.
  • Provide valuable market insights and competitive intelligence to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in international B2B sales, with a strong focus on Safety apparel, Tote bags, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and expanding export markets in target regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong market research and analysis abilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking capabilities.
  • Understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and documentation.
