Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Affiliate Development Manager to spearhead our global affiliate network.
Main Responsibilities- Network Leadership: Oversee and mentor the affiliate team, setting clear performance targets and fostering a positive work environment.
- Training and Development: Provide extensive training to team members and affiliates, monitor performance, and offer coaching and feedback for optimal productivity and service quality.
- New Business Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to identify and recruit new affiliates, expand the network of promoters, and build strong relationships with existing partners.
- VIP Partner Support: Offer dedicated support to high-value partners as needed.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review partner performance, results, and maintain excellent relationships with all partners.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry or a related field.
- Sales Expertise: Proven sales background with a focus on affiliate marketing.
- Marketing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate the team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data Analysis: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and marketing tools.
- iGaming Industry Knowledge: Understanding of iGaming products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Multitasking: Ability to prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex situations.
