Job Description:

This role oversees the management of affiliate and community programs for our South Asian operations.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with influencers, you tubers, and other key opinion leaders to expand our affiliate network.

They will handle negotiations, onboarding processes, and paperwork to ensure smooth integration of new affiliates.

The ideal candidate will maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates, analyze their performance data, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead in the market.
  • Actively engaging with the South Asian community across various platforms to foster an interactive environment and assist community members with their inquiries.
  • Planning and executing community events, gathering and analyzing community feedback, tracking and reporting on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.
  • Working closely with marketing, product, and support teams to deploy cross-functional community initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs.
  • Experience preferably in the fintech space, ideally in the crypto space.
