Experienced Barista

We are seeking an Experienced Barista to join our team and bring their expertise in coffee and mixology to help us deliver exceptional beverages and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee and mixology, with the ability to craft exceptional beverages and provide outstanding customer service.

The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beverage Preparation: Craft a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and pour-over.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations based on preferences.
  • Quality Control: Ensure consistency in the preparation of both coffee and cocktail beverages, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and cocktail-making tools.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, spirits, and other beverage-related items.
  • Menu Development: Contribute to the creation and enhancement of the coffee and cocktail menu, suggesting new and seasonal offerings.
  • Training and Collaboration: Train and mentor other team members in the art of coffee preparation and mixology.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Barista or Mixologist with a focus on coffee and cocktails.
  • Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and cocktail ingredients.
  • Strong understanding of flavor profiles and the ability to create unique and appealing beverages.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage preparation.
