Job Description:

A Technical Project Manager is a vital part of our team, responsible for overseeing project planning and management. They ensure that projects are completed to specification, within the established timeframe.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to guarantee success by adhering to standards of scope, timeline, and quality.
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans that align client requirements with company goals, coordinating various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
  3. Monitor project progress continuously, providing detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
  4. Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  5. Analyze economics of project plans, providing actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.
  6. Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
  7. Oversee and support the analysis, design, and development of mobile and web application development projects.
  8. Implement Agile-based methodologies to ensure quality delivery of projects within the allocated timeline.
  9. Manage and lead a team of software developers, SQAs, and designers.
  10. Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 8-12 years of software development work experience with 3 to 4 years in the capacity of Project/Development Manager/Lead.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of implementing at least one Agile Framework.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department.
  • Experience working in an offshore software development environment.
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional Project Management Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
